Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

It's incredibly important for us to make sure that you get the things you ordered. That's why we take this very urgency.

We generally make sure to process your order within 7-15+ business days (See specific country below). But sometimes due to high demand, we may be out of stock, and it might take a bit longer. We always let you know in advance.

Canada 17+ business days
World 25+ business days

 *Please note that Sports Fan Hijabs takes a slow fashion approach towards textile sustainability and the majority of our items are handcrafted and may take additional time to process. Orders may take 2-3 weeks in some cases.

International Shipping

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.


Order never arrived

If your order didn't end up arrived, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us via our email form noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.


Returns policy:

Refund Policy- All SALES ARE FINAL- UNLESS Product is DAMAGED

Please note that due to COVID-19, we have implemented the following Return and Exchange policy. Effective, May 15, 2022, we will no longer allow return or exchanges to ensure quality health and safety of our customers and personnel.   

To be eligible for a damaged product, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear or broken package seals.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your damaged product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your damaged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Or if special cases apply you will be issued a western union money order and your money proceeded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping (Damaged Product)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, it may take 4 weeks for your repaired defective product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over $45, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
